Yay! Guess what? I finally was able to make a Fushigi Yuugi fanfiction! After two years of trying, yes, I finally have something.
It will be posted in another account. Right now, it's already posted in my DeviantArt account, but I've made another one in Fanfiction.net. That is where I will put all my upcoming Fushigi Yuugi fanfiction. At first I hadn't intended to have seperate accounts, since miss-apple-dbz is already such an established user with five years of fandom under her belt. Anyway, it's not going to matter much, because I will always be linking one account to the other. Besides, my homepage for both accounts is the same: this livejournal blog. So, that shouldn't be so bad. I guess it's just a way for me to become more organized (and branched out... hehe, I don't exactly know what I mean by that.)
Anyway, Asymptote, as I had called the one-shot, is five pages long in Word. I don't know why it took me a month to write something so short, as I had usually written twelve paged stories in one week. I just... I had a hard time transferring my mind into another fandom; I was definitely not used to writing about Fushigi Yuugi characters so that was one downer. I hope that when I start my next fanficiton, it will be a quicker process. I hate writing so slowly. I know that I don't give the quickest updates, but that's because I'm not writing all the time. However, once I start something, I can usually finish it in one to two weeks.
Asymptote is about Suboshi pondering his questionable love with his priestess, as well as what would happen if Yui had met his twin brother. He is jealous because he is sure that love will spring between the two, and that's something that he can't make happen for himself. I really like Suboshi. He's my favorite (as I'm sure you all know already by what I had posted five days ago). I can't help but feel sorry for him because things did not go his way. He's a highly misunderstood character and he does not get much credit for anything. You can find Asymptote here.
